In today’s study, we visit a very familiar passage. We began John 4, and we follow Him as He ‘must needs’ go through Samaria. He had something more on His mind than just sightseeing. He was on a Divine appointment to rescue a woman who had too many men in her life, but needed One more. We cover a little over half of this encounter today, but there is so much to discuss here! We talk about this setting, the woman’s situation, and her failed relationships. We tie in some Jewish cultural information along with exploring a few word meanings as well. In our Q&A segment today, we were asked the question: Do you believe any of the people who claim to be healed at big tent meetings actually get healed, or all they all fake?
