Alvin is in the Speakers hall of fame and is a personal inspiration to me. 

When it comes to overcoming obstacles, Alvin knows what he's talking about. 

Born without arms, Alvin has faced a level of adversity that most people can't imagine.  It is through his example that we can re-evaluate our own lives and obstacles, and put them into perspective.
