Being healthy or well isn't just exercising or eating right but is taking care of your whole body, mind and spirit. Dr. Richard Prather is helping people care for their health in a new way by looking at the whole person.

Much like the Quadrants of Wellbeing approach, Dr. Richard takes every person he sees through the same kind of tests and protocols in order to get a look at the whole person. From there, he then takes the results and works through a plan with you but does not neglect or disregard any thought, feeling or symptom you are expressing.

Dr. Richard says wellness is ultimately taking responsibility for one's own care, continuing to educate oneself on different modalities and treatments and thinking outside the box. Not only is he helping people take responsibility for their own health but also is teaching them preventive measures when it comes to being healthy in all facets of life.
