Inez Ribustello is a mom, restaurant and brewery owner and now an author. Ribustello has self-published a book about the past 20 years of her life. The book includes her time in New York, when he worked in the north tower of the World Trade Center in 2001. Ribustello was out of town the day of the Sept. 11, 2001 terrorist attacks, otherwise she would have been at work on the 107th floor.
