Samantha Bearman (her stage name is Sam Bear) founded and runs Bear Cave Comedy, is a contributing journalist for The Syndrome Magazine, competed for Jimmy Kimmel's funniest college student in America and has a beta fish named Francisco Diego, a black cat named Madame Cleo, and a dog named Gusto. She is based out of Santa Barbara and has lived in three different countries.
