Emma Terry is a 20-year-old woman on a mission. She is a student at the University of Alabama at Birmingham studying accounting and finance with plans to attend law school. Emma is also the current Miss UAB and has launched a community service initiative with the goal of "Stomping Out ALS." Emma's grandfather has ALS, and through her experience as a caregiver, Emma has gained the desire to be an advocate for spreading awareness and finding a cure.
