One year on from episode 116, today I am resharing our conversation with Matthew McConaughey, Academy Award winning actor and best-selling author of Greenlights.

Matthew and I had an incredible conversation back in February 2021 and I am excited for you to listen to it for the first time, or even a second or third time and I know you’ll take something new from it today.

Matthew is married and a father of three. He co-founded with his wife the just keep livin’ foundation in 2009 which helps at-risk high school children be better in their mind, body and spirit.

In 2019 Matthew became a professor of practice at the University of Texas, as well as the Minister of Culture for the University and the city of Austin. McConaughey is also a brand ambassador for Lincoln Motor Company, an owner of MLS soccer team Austin FC and the co-creator of his favourite bourbon on the planet, Wild Turkey Longbranch.
