Imagine this. You are feeling stuck, you know you are meant for more, and you have an idea of what that “more” is. Bam! You are overwhelmed with the huge goal it is, what do you do? Ashley Fillmore, fitness, nutrition, and mindset coach, shares her story on how she chose to not stay stuck and be a victim to making decisions to push her forward.  When she was growing up Ashley was with her single mom. She saw how hard her mom worked and watched as her mom turned to drugs. There were many times when things would start improving but her mom would soon fall into old habits. These habits eventually caught up to her mom and Ashely was left alone at the age of 15. Determined not to follow in her mom’s footsteps, Ashley started to focus on the next thing she needed to do to succeed. She worked hard in school and went to college. Since her mom had passed away, she knew it was up to her to stay on the right path. Ashley is helping other women focus on what they can control and the next step they can do while working on their nutrition and fitness.
