This might be woo-woo for some of you, but I have loved learning about Human Design and how it can help me and my clients. Kristi Sullivan shares her knowledge of what Human Design is and how this information can help someone get unstuck. She decided to walk away from her corporate marketing job to share what she has learned about our energy blueprints and how to improve positive energy flow within us.  These blueprints help tell clients what their energy types are and through Kristi’s guidance can help you understand who you are at your core. This doesn’t mean your personality is assigned to you but rather what energies were present and imprinted on you at birth.  In order to help her clients work on their energy flow, Kristi focuses on making sure self-care is part of their day. Knowing the type of energy “battery” you have will help you know when and how often you should practice self-care.
