Daniel and Mathias sat down with Lloyd, founder and owner of Valhalla Training Academy, to talk about Viking workouts. The three of them had a really interesting conversation about routines, styles and much more. Naturally, the subject of whether the Vikings had any particular kind of workout styles came up, so Mathias started digging in the sagas and other folklore material to find out if there is anything particularly "Viking" about being a muscular badass.
