Today's guest is my great friend Damien Bugeja. We connected at a Lululemon event and got on like a house on.

Damien was a promising footballer (AFL) who overcame numerous injuries. He is one of the most positive & optimistic men I know.

In 2017, Damiens's father passed away from a rare form of cancer called ‘Pseudomyxoma Peritonei'. 

We spoke about how that experience was for him and how it inspired him to found 'Run for Joey' which had its inaugural Run of 250km run, over 6 days, from Craigieburn to Yarrawonga.

Damien is also a huge advocate for supporting people to change their mindsets after trauma.
