Dr. Mary Kinsella is the founder of Her Engineering Career, working with female engineers so they can command greater influence and impact. She worked for years as an engineer before striking out on her own. She’s also host of the Her Engineering Career Podcast. I’m always keen on talking to engineers who start their own businesses.
