Peter Oborne is author of a number of books includingThe Fate of Abraham: Why the West is Wrong about Islam, and The Assault on Truth: Boris Johnson, Donald Trump and the Emergence of a New Moral Barbarism. He writes a political column for Middle East Eye and a diary column for the Byline Times. In 2012 and 2016 Peter was Society of Editors Press Awards Columnist of the Year. The books that Peter refers to in this podcast are Rashid Khalidi's 100 years War on Palestine, Elan Pappé's On Palestine, and the books of Avi Shlaim.
