Coleen Speaks is the chef and owner of Posh Nosh Catering, Hummingbird Restaurant, and the event space Whitaker & Atlantic. She has turned her long line of culinary experience, which includes working for Emeril Lagasse, into 3 very unique businesses. All three of her ventures have a touch of that New Orleans flair! Coleen is also holding events, both hers and her clients, in her event space, Whitaker & Atlantic . All, of course, while raising a family!
