Drs. Jensen and Richey welcome Dr. Chitra Subramaniam to Dean's Chat.  Dr. Subramaniam is the Chief Learning Office for AO North America! Dr. Subramaniam is a seasoned learning strategist with 25 years of experience working in academic, corporate, government and non-for profit sectors. Her expertise is in all areas of education including leadership and administration, business development, educational technology, curriculum and instructional design, measurement and evaluation, faculty development, mobile/social learning, online learning and business operations. 

As an Educational Technology expert involved in implementing online learning systems, learning object repositories, integrating technology in learning, leading the design and implementation of tools related to social and mobile learning. She is a successful facilitator and trainer with experience in designing and delivering leadership, faculty development, and teaching workshops. Come along as we discuss, “All things podiatric medicine and surgery” including the difference between mentors, coaches and teachers.

She is a nationally recognized leader in continuing education with interest in knowledge management and its effective translation to healthcare practice. Her expertise in data driven outcomes-based education with a focus on systems level quality improvement, learning and behavior change, informatics and health information technology as it relates to the identification of performance gaps that inform the design and development of programs that impact quality of care.
