This is always one of my favorite topics, because I believe we all take on a leadership role in our lives.  It doesn't mean you are necessarily leading a team.  It could mean a family member looks up to you or a community.  Even qualities you want to embody yourself.

We also discuss how someone may gain a following within a community.
