EP 23: TCM Perspectives

TCM practitioner, Mary Wong teaches us how to take a proactive approach to menstrual pain by addressing blood stasis. What the heck is blood stasis? Listen in to find out. It's a traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis that is often used when a woman has endometriosis. Endometriosis is a topic we covered in Episode 21 with Dr. Sharma, from a western perspective. Today we discuss how to consider it from a TCM perspective which includes using the Tongue and Pulse as a way to diagnose and treat endo.
