Today, our badass guest is Carlos Mendez aka Los. He served 22 years as a U.S. Navy SEAL exiting service as a Lieutenant. After retiring from service, he took a position at Echelon Front who's mission is to educate, train, mentor, and empower leaders and organizations to achieve total victory.
