Ep 267 Interview Sessions with Lewis Moody MBE | The Winner's Mindset

Listen Later

Lewis Moody MBE is one of the greatest to ever play the game of rugby. He is a former England Captain and British and Irish Lion winning the 2003 Rugby World Cup, 7

Premierships Titles, 2 European Cups and 2 Six Nations Championships.

Lewis’ rugby career is marked by his incredible resilience and determination in managing an autoimmune illness throughout his rugby career. Diagnosed with

ulcerative colitis, a chronic condition that causes inflammation of the colon, Lewis faced significant physical and mental challenges.

Despite this, he remained a formidable force in the world of rugby until the point injury brought an end to his playing career.

Off the field Lewis has dedicated himself to charity challenges, fundraising and co-founded The Lewis Moody Foundation with his wife Annie in 2014 to raise funds for Brain Tumour research and support families affected by the disease.

More recently, Lewis has taken all the lessons he learned in elite sport and coaching and founded KBM Inspired – Performance Coaching where he provides thinking partnerships for athletes and leaders, supporting them on a journey of self-discover and career fulfilment.

Lewis has also joined forces with Safespace as a High

Performance Coach and has established The Winners Mindset Community.

Despite all the accolades, at the heart of it, Lewis is a family man, who simply wants to inspire you to be more and do more.
