I receive around 40 daily reports from my OFS team every day. I can't respond to all of them, but I read them all. 
The habit of sending a daily report is really important because:
- It lets me know if they're working and progressing. 
- It gives them a chance to ask me questions. 
- It's proof of their accountability.
