The latest version of the border security compromise grants Trump a measly $1.4 billion to build 55 miles of fencing along the southern border. The Democrats act like they’re doing us a favor with this lousy deal, and weasel Republicans fall for it. The President needs to walk away from the table and declare a national emergency already. Enough with this nonsense perpetuated by softies like Robert Francis Beto O’Rourke saying that we are safe in spite of walls. New stories of brutal violence come out of Mexico everyday. We need a physical barrier to secure this country properly.
