This week we have the pleasure of bringing Kato Murakami on the show.  He is a 27+ year veteran police officer in the Chicago Land area and is a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.  His company Rectitude Training focuses on life saving training in combatives and weapons based grappling for Law Enforcement but also provides similar training to the civilian defender as well.  Kato discusses his thoughts on how improved training can help keep police officers alive and help them make better decisions with the tools they have or limiting the use of tools to begin with.  He has the philosophy of a modern samurai and has a work ethic in his own training that all of us should emulate.   

This show we also welcome back Eric to the states fresh from his deployment overseas, and of course the crew hit on their accountability of the week.
