If you or your partner has recently given birth, here's a podcast for you! In this episode, we welcome our special guest counsellor Anne Chronnell who specializes in helping us navigate major life events such as childbirth and parenting.

We chat about what the body goes through and needs to heal from, expectations we/our partners/or society places upon the birther, ways to build intimacy with your partner, and how to support someone who's given birth.

Note: we recognize not all birthing parents identify as female and may use terminology other than "mother" to describe themselves.
