Kath is an environmentally-conscious life coach, with a quietly rebellious streak. She works with women who want to calmly and confidently make their own rules for success, fiercely follow their heart and take clear steps towards their vision for the planet and their family, whilst taking exceptional care of themselves.

Kath has a PhD in conservation biology and 15 years' experience as a researcher, working on projects ranging from tropical coral reefs to sustainable cocoa plantations in Ghana and carbon storage in degraded UK woodlands. After having her two daughters, Kath left behind that hectic lifestyle to follow her heart and support other women to do the same.

Kath is on a mission to help women to handle the day-to-day challenges so that they can make their difference sustainably and create the life they want for themselves and their families. She believes that when women take care of their true needs, the whole world benefits.
