Is the federal government really behind big tech’s censorship on social media? The answer may surprise you. Host Joseph Backholm is joined by Attorney General of Missouri Andrew Bailey. Earlier this year AG Bailey filed a lawsuit against the Biden administration for violating American’s first amendment rights through their demand that big tech censor “unfavorable” content on social media. He discusses the evidence his team has found and the work he is doing to create a wall between tech and state. He emphasizes that the remedy in this country for disfavored speech is counter-speech, not government censorship.
