Arlo and I had a fantastic lunch right before the lockdown where I told them my wife was pregnant and they told me they were taking a new non-binary name: Arlo. For the last ten years or so I’ve known Arlo as Caitlin, one of the funniest people to ever come out of The Portland, Oregon comedy scene, and now they’re Arlo. Congrats pal! Check out their set on Colbert recently, it’s bananas funny. I love Arlo, or as they call themselves, “Coach.”
