In today's study, we look at how the first covenant had fault within it. We see that this is why God made a New Covenant with us in Jer. 31, and Eze. 36. God is merciful to our unrighteousness, and He shows us this by remembering our sins and iniquities no more. The Old Covenant waxed old and decayed, but the New Covenant is good for as long as Jesus lives. We can all rest assured that this covenant is an everlasting one because our Savior lives forever!
