Samantha's husband was the pastor of their small Ozark town church. Then he stopped coming home, set up an altar in the abandoned Masonic Lodge upstairs, and started physically transforming in front of her: black eyes, green skin, fingernails curling into claws. She saw it at least 20 times over three years.
