It's time to take a trip down to Colombia, the country known for cocaine and murder. Not to be confused with Columbia the school known for law students, which are way worse because they become lawyers. But well, I gotta be honest, even they aren't as bad as our person today. I don't wanna spoil anything by saying what kind of crimes Luis Garavito committed but, if he hit the main line in a US prison he wouldn't last 5 minutes before being stabbed and set on fire.
