A disused water tower which some claim may now be used as a secret government base, built atop a hill which was a site of importance to the pagans and the Vikings, and may even be the burial site of the most famous of all of the Vikings who ruled Jorvik. This little known site in haunted York, has seen reports of shadowy figures and disembodied footsteps.
