Craig is an ATC in the high school setting as well as a teacher. Along with his role in the clinical setting Craig does a lot of work with essential oils and their benefits to injury, the healing process, and rehabilitation.

In this episode we discuss with Craig how he got int essential oils and how he has been able to put that into practice not only with his own injuries but also with the student-athletes he works with. This isn’t a normal area of skills and equipment that athletic trainers use but Craig shares how it can be really beneficial and stays away from other more aggressive options while still maintaining the ability to help.
