Larry Lindenman is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt and is a member of the Shivworks Collective.  The collective is a consortium of experts in multidisciplinary defensive training under the guidance of Craig Douglas, focusing on pressure testing personal tactics.  He is a former police officer, former SWAT officer, and defensive tactics expert with an education background in exercise physiology. He now focuses on teaching Jiu-Jitsu and Executive Protection as a profession.  In this episode we talk about Larry's involvement in the Total Protection Interactive Form (TPI), which was a impetus to the Collective, along with his expertise in physical fitness as it relates to the defensive paradigm.
