Episode 48 of Órlas Happy Hormones has just gone live and this week is S.x Talk Part 2.  It’s a week late because of the Covid episode going out last week.  In it I’m discussing 3 topics around s.x which come from a mix of questions on Instagram/Facebook, discussions with friends, and an area I see a lot of with clients.  I want to re-iterate I’m not a s.x therapist or s.x expert.  I speak about topics that I have close dealings with and also on areas that I do a lot of research into.
