To make things even more complicated for the WHO, a new memo shows that Chinese President Xi Jinping knew the severity of the coronavirus and how contagious it was at the same time China told the WHO there was no evidence that the virus could spread from human-to-human contact. Also, New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo makes it mandatory to wear face coverings in public, but Gov. Cuomo better be careful as people in Michigan take matters into their own hands with "Operation Gridlock," protesting Gov. Whitmer's orders that have gone too far.
