In this episode, we continue the discuss Black Women and WAP -- that's right Women and Pay specifically Black Women's Equal Pay (August 14, 2020). For Black women, Equal Pay Day is actually August 22, meaning Black women must work four months more than white women (and eight months into the "new" year) before earning as much as their white male counterparts made in 2020. In addition, we also share our thoughts on the new song by Cardi B and Meg the Stallion!
