We’ve all heard the saying, “actions speak louder than words”. What we do says more about our values, beliefs, and priorities than what we say. 

In this episode Dr. Dodd says, “I want to take a few moments to talk about the importance of our actions matching our words. You know the issue, “your actions speak so loud I can’t hear a word you’re saying!” In other words, an individual’s credibility and/or trustworthiness, is largely based on their ability to “live out” what they mean or say…with their words. Too often we take someone’s words as the truth, even when all the evidence points otherwise.
