Cryppi [Poolhouse refuses to call a man who is not his producer “papi”] and Pool team up to traverse Mulholland Drive, circle the drain at the Bryan Singer hot tub party, and pull back the showbiz curtain, as they peer behind the varnish and glamor of the Holy Wood dream factory.

What does it take to “make” it in Hollywood? What types of high strangeness did Cryppi observe during his time in L.A.?

Is the “casting couch” simply about sex, or is there a darker, sadistic element to its nature?

And just what is the nature of this strange region from which the dreams of the world are programmed and disseminated

Cryppi breaks his decade-long silence on some sinister events he experienced inside the belly of the beast, and provides us with a realistic picture of the way the entertainment industry manufacturers its output. Poolhouse cranks up the high beams on this fascinating, cathartic episode that crosses through shadows of night, and exorcises some dark passengers along the way.
