Rhode Island has created an interesting debacle in which hospitals allowed COVID-positive health care workers to go to work after firing unvaccinated staff. A science teacher was arrested after vaccinating a 17-year-old student without parental consent or being licensed to administer a vaccine. How did this teacher get hold of a vaccine?
