Webster's Dictionary defines a 'Maniac' as "a person who behaves in a wildly foolish, reckless, or dangerous manner." And boy, do we have a story about some maniacs for you! In 2007, in Ukraine's 4th largest city, three young men went on the fastest murder spree we've ever heard of. Apparently, it's possible to see one of their murders that they filmed, "Three Guys - One Hammer," but we haven't seen it and don't recommend it. (Also, incidentally, Dnepropetrovsk is now called Dnipro, and you should read its Wikipedia page because it's fascinating. There's Catherine the Great, Many Occupations, two train bombs in 2007, nuclear weapon stockpiles, and in 2023 it's been bombed by Russia).
