Eoin started his professional career as an assistant professional at Kilkenny Golf Club under former PGA Captain Jimmy Bolger. After completing his degree in Professional golf Eoin started coaching at a number of locations in the south of Ireland and had good success with his clients at local and national level. ​

In April 2018 Eoin joined the coaching team at Kinsealy Grange in north Dublin where he is currently based and has further increased his reputation for been one of Ireland's leading golf coaches with his clients having success both at a national and international level.
