Jigar Shah, director of the loan program office at the United States Department of Energy, explains what’s happened over the last 10 years with decarbonization, the need to crack the code to deploy technologies faster, getting people past the valley of inertia, the history and goals of the DOE’s loan program and measuring the program’s success.
