The holidays are over, and that means getting back to reality! But before we do that, I want to tell you about the huge amount of growth I experienced on my family trip.

I’m sure most of you spent time with family over the holiday season. That can come with triggers and drama, and maybe even lead you to doubt yourself… Well, I decided to take matters into my own hands and perform some self-image and energetic magic before my trip (by the way, you all have the ability to do this). I set up my energy and did a lot of self-image healing and emotional shifting over the last year — even more than the year before!

Guess what?! I could truly see the fruits of my labor. I had the most amazing trip with my family and felt so much more balanced than I would have if I hadn’t done all this work. The work was working! It’s literal proof that you have full control over everything around you!

However, that didn’t exempt me from reflections and showing me where my subconscious still needs to shift — even when it feels like it’s all roses and sunshine… So let’s dive in and let me tell you about all this magic!
