On Halloween 2009, 30-year-old Ben Gardner and 28-year-old Allana Devine went dancing at a club to celebrate Halloween and Allana's birthday. Ben dressed up as a vampire, while Allana dressed as a pirate. On their way home, 3 men stole Allana's hat and wig. When she asked for it back, they attacked the couple instead.
