On December 4th, 2013, my son was diagnosed with cancer…ten years ago! And every year at this time, my husband and I are filled with a mixed bag of emotions.

So as I once again reflect about our experiences, particularly in the context of the holiday season and all the gatherings, I discuss in today's episode about the power of your thoughts and the consequences of when fear overtakes your mind. I also give you some intentional questions to ask yourself and others to help you navigate the holiday gatherings, and some encouragement in how you can live during this season of your life with hope and amongst community!
