When River Hawkins started to struggle with his mental health, he found it difficult to access help and support. So he created his own solution: Humen, a project designed to help men share their feelings and support each other in a relaxed environment. He told me about his ambitions for Humen and this weekend’s ‘Pub Pilgramage’ - a nationwide walk to raise awareness about male suicide.
