I know this can sound like the total opposite of what you’ve been told about creating and manifesting.

Believe me, I was in this trap before. As you’ll hear in the podcast, I’m actually a very positive person! But what’s missing from this equation is that when we leave negative emotions unaddressed, they have to come out at some point. Not only that, but consciously you might think you’re not being negative, while in the background your subconscious mind is suppressing limiting beliefs. And as you hopefully understand by now, the subconscious is actually the most responsible for what we are creating in this life.

So if you leave that unaddressed, the negativity builds up in the background. You might be soldiering on, putting on a brave face, and trying to see the positive in everything—but not airing out and releasing the negative you’re suppressing.

Our Creator Field is affected by this, and it can block the things we are trying to manifest—even when you’re doing your best to stay positive.

In this podcast, I explain exactly how this works and give you some tools to help you process and address negative emotions without letting them negatively affect what you’re creating (because I know that’s a fear many people have!). But I promise you—leaving it unaddressed creates more negative outcomes than actually releasing and working through those emotions.
