Alex and Angela recently visited Tulsa just after the 100th Anniversary of the Tulsa Race Massacre (also known as the Tulsa Race Riots). There is much pain associated with this sad day in Tulsa’s history and yet an overwhelming majority of Tulsans have not even heard about the tragedy. A thriving, all-black community was burned to the ground and hundreds of black people were killed that day with many being buried in mass graves. Can the ancestors of those killed be expected to just move on? Listen in to hear Alex and Angela share their thoughts about what moving on would look like.
