Dr. Dodd shares, "I have come to believe, that most men I know, would strive/work toward being a spiritual leader… but simply have no idea what that even means. They’ve never had a scripturally sound and emotionally healthy model, to teach or mentor them. Also, men may struggle with feeling very inadequate (spiritually, emotionally, mentally) to lead. There is often the fear of being not good enough, of being transparent, accountable, and vulnerable."
