This is the incredible story of former RAF Chinook Crewman, Liz McConaghy. From pulling the trigger and being shot at, to extracting wounded soldiers from the battlefield, and even a near fatal collision with overhead power cables, Liz's seventeen year career in the back of a Chinook helicopter is one she wouldn't swap for anything.

But not all combat injuries are physical, as Liz shared with InsideAIR's Flt Lt Amy Casey.
