It is great to celebrate achievements. Reaching goals feels great. But beware, present position is only that: a fleeting moment of stature and accomplishment. While position can indicate good behavior, it is not a behavior of itself. But direction, now that's all together different. Direction isn't focused on where I am, but where I am going.
